使用者協定

特別提醒用戶，使用互聯網必須遵守國家有關的政策和法律，如刑法、國家安全法、保密法、電腦資訊系統安全保護條例、智慧財產權法等，保護國家利益，保護國家安全，對於違法使用互聯網絡而引起的一切責任，由用戶負全部責任。 1.用戶不得使用本軟件進行違反國家法律制度的行為； 2.本軟件同大多數互聯網軟件一樣，易受到各種安全問題的困擾，包括但不限於： 1）下載安裝的其它軟體中含有“特洛伊木馬”等病毒，威脅到個人計算或手機上資訊和數據的安全，從而威脅對本軟件的使用。 2）瀏覽訪問某些惡意網頁時，導致手機電腦中毒、受損。 3）由於被下載檔案提供者或網絡原因，導致無法正常使用。 3.用戶應加强個人手機資料的保護意識，以免對個人生活造成不必要的騷擾。 4.盜取他人用戶號碼或利用網路通訊騷擾他人，均屬於非法行為。 用戶不得採用測試、欺騙等任何非法手段，盜取其他用戶號碼和對他人進行騷擾。 5.請用戶按照我公司的指定網站或指定管道下載安裝本軟體產品。 謹防在非指定網站下載本軟件，以免電腦或手機感染能破壞用戶電腦數據和獲取用戶隱私資訊的惡意程式。 6.重視用戶的隱私保護，保證本軟體產品不含有任何跟踪、監視用戶電腦和或操作行為的功能程式碼，不會監控用戶網上、網下的行為或洩漏用戶隱私。 7.用戶不得進行有損本公司權益的行為，用戶不得實施如下行為（包括但不限於）：删際本軟件及其他副本上一切關於版權的資訊； 對本軟件進行反向工程，如反彙編、反編譯等； 修改、破壞本軟件原狀； 8.如果用戶未遵守本協定的任何一項條款，本公司有權立即終止本協定，並保留通過法律途徑追究責任的權利。 9.如果需要進行商業性的銷售、複製和散發，例如軟件預裝和捆綁，必須獲得本公司的書面授權和許可。 10.使用本軟件用戶應具備本軟體產品運行所需的條件，用戶必須保證有權使用window/安卓作業系統及Mior osoft IE組件等。 在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，本公司在任何情况下不就用戶因使用或不能使用本軟體產品所發生的特殊的、意外的、直接的或間接的侵權或遭致損失承擔賠償責任。 即使已事先被告知該損害發生的可能性。 11.用戶須明白，使用本軟體產品涉及到Internet服務，可能會受到各個環節不穩定因素的影響。 囙此服務存在因不可抗力、電腦手機病毒或駭客攻擊、系統不穩定、用戶所在位置、用戶天機以及其他任何科技：互聯網絡、通信線路原因等造成的服務中斷或不能滿足用戶要求的風險。 用戶須承擔以上風險，本公司不作擔保。 12.本公司重視用戶的隱私保護，保證本軟體產品不含有任何跟踪、監視用戶電腦和或操作行為的功能程式碼，不會監控用戶網上、網下的行為或洩漏用戶隱私。 13.本公司定義的資訊內容包括：文字、軟件、數據、相片、圖素、在廣告中的全部內容；。 14.軟件最終解釋權歸本公司所有。
